How Do I Find My MAC Address?

A Wi-Fi MAC address is the wireless Media Access Control address of your device. All devices that are Wi-Fi capable have this address. It can contain letters A-F and/or number's 1-9. A video guide of these instructions can also be found at my.instaconnect.net.

Step 1:

The Wi-FI MAC Address is part of the serial number, printed at the bottom of the device. The format usually takes on two forms: #### AA-BB-CC-DD-EE-FF-## or #### AA-BB-CC-DD-EE-FF-#.

Step 2:

ii. The Wi-FI MAC Address is the middle portion.

Step 3:

Register this on your account account as a TV or DVR device.
